Cartessa Aesthetics, LLC sources leading aesthetic medical devices globally for U.S. dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic physicians, and medical spas. Because we are not tethered to any one manufacturer, we are able to select amongst the most cutting edge technologies that offer clinically proven efficacy, patient safety, and the best possible investment for patients and professionals.

Our Product
Selection Process

Our United States FDA-cleared devices are evaluated, trialed, and hand selected based on our 3-point criteria:

  1. Clinical Efficacy - including predictability, versatility and patient satisfaction

  2. Patient experience - focusing on those devices that minimize pain and downtime

  3. Return on Investment - factoring in purchase and ownership costs, realistic patient volumes and fee schedules

Business Model

Being independent means Cartessa can act as an agent to identify products that will yield consistently strong financial returns and can side-step the premiums that others may charge. It also means we can react to market trends and research findings more quickly and engage breakthrough aesthetic technology manufacturers for whom distribution costs have been otherwise prohibitive.

When it comes to our team, we like to think of ourselves as “boutique” versus small.

Our success is predicated upon the satisfaction of our customers and their clients, so the Cartessa team wants to keep it personal.  Email us, call us, or even text us – we seek to understand your practice and provide the specialized support that only a boutique firm can.

I think we are starting on a new journey with doctors and laser applications that began 25 years ago, but now, we have a new spokesperson for laser technology and physicians in Cartessa Aesthetics.

We are super pleased with our experience with the Cartessa team. Matt, our sales rep and Area Vice President, has gone above and beyond with stellar customer service and clinical implementation. Our whole staff is excited to see the outcomes we can obtain with these new technologies - the Vivace and Discovery. Well done Cartessa!”
