INSIDE Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Inside Sales team with a strong HUNTER MENTALITY!

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth of our product line. You will gain a deep understanding of the aesthetic and medical device market, allowing you to effectively contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calling/emailing. 
  • Cold Outreach: You will have a daily goal of 80 dials per day in addition to email and texting prospects as needed. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the aesthetic and medical device industry.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our aesthetic laser products and their applications to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads using CRM software. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales teams to develop and execute strategies for exceeding sales targets.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status the Director of Inside Sales and assigned territories
  • Travel: Participate in quarterly ride-alongs with field representatives and attend occasional sales events and training sessions throughout the year to stay informed and engaged with the latest industry developments.
  • Technology: You will be provided company-owned equipment, it will be expected that you keep this inventory in good working condition
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Minimum Requirement

  • 1-2 years of sales/business development experience preferred

Compensation

  • W2 position with base salary + uncapped commission

Locations

This is a remote position. You are expected to maintain a professional home office environment and be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM in the time zone of your assigned territory. Cartessa may occasionally host events or training sessions outside of these standard business hours, and your attendance will be required. Advance notice will be provided for these events.
