With a background in large laser manufacturing, he recognized a need for a more diverse approach that prioritizes value and industry trends. Previously, he held leadership roles at Cynosure Inc. and Palomar Medical Technologies. Gabe holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College and completed executive coursework at Harvard Business School.
