Meet Our Team

Our leadership and advisory team is made up of individuals with a combined 50+ years in the industry — former CEOs, Engineers, Sales Managers. We’ve seen many devices succeed and many fail — so we know what to look for and put ourselves into the chairs of your practice and your patients.

Gabe Lubin

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Gabe founded Cartessa Aesthetics based on his passion for technology and the aesthetic market. Having worked for large laser manufacturers in the past, he felt there was a better way to serve physicians and patients by working with multiple manufacturers targeting technology that offered the best overall value and capitalized on industry trends.

At Palomar Medical Technologies Gabe served as Regional Sales Director for the Northeast United States and Canada following six years of success as an Area Sales Manager in the Midwest.

Gabe received a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College and went on to complete executive coursework at Harvard Business School.
