Surgical Sales Manager
Key Results Area
- Work with executive management to develop sales strategy
- Meet sales goal as agreed upon with executive management
- Provide skills development to sales team including time management, sales call, cold calling and closing sales
- Support the sales team in the negotiation of sales contracts
- Ensure that sales team promotes within the FDA cleared indications for use
- Ensure the sales team reports customer complaints and reported adverse events to the corporate office in a timely manner
Critical Competencies:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the Medical Aesthetic space
- Knowledge of energy-based products required
- Excellent sales-closing abilities
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Ability to mentor a sales team (via training)
- Ability to understand importance of FDA compliance
- Strong MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in medical device sales
- Previous experience in energy-based products preferred, but not required
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 90%
- Requires use of automobile for customer visits
- May require lifting/pushing of laser machines and/or devices
