The state-of-the-art Chrome (Cartessa Aesthetics, Melville, N.Y.) multifunction platform represents a significant advancement in Q-switched laser technology for skin rejuvenation. Its base Nd:YAG laser runs at 532 nm and 1064 nm, and can incorporate fractional options, long and short pulse technology, intense pulsed light (IPL), and Erbium 2940 nm handpieces.
